Shipping

As stated in my FAQs, I make most pieces as they are ordered so they can take 1-3 weeks to ship. (Often sooner!)  I’m also happy to work with you to expedite an order!

US orders ship via USPS  either by Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and you will receive an email notification with a tracking number when it ships.   Costs usually range between $4-10.  If you need an item quickly or over-nighted, please contact me before purchase so I can be sure your creation is in stock and ready to send!  I can offer USPS overnight Express which is usually around $30-35.  I also offer international shipping which can take 2-4 weeks and varies in price depending on country. Any taxes or duties due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Signature required delivery is available for an additional fee.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Please note, once the package is with USPS, Fernworks cannot assume responsibility for its delivery.

Shipping is always FREE for US orders over $100!  No code needed!

Returns + Exchanges

I hope you love your Fernworks creation but, if you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned up to 14 days after purchase for a refund, exchange, or shop credit.  Please email faryn@shopfernworks.com first to receive authorization and a return shipping address. Shipping on returned/exchanged items is to be paid by the customer and must be sent back with tracking.  Please include a note with your name and the order number with the return.  Any returned jewelry should be unworn and in its original condition.
